She looks very sweet. For being two months early, she weighs a pretty good amount I think. I'm sure you will be able to take her home soon.

Congratulations, she is beautiful! Considering her early arrival she is at a good weight. Praying that she will come home soon.

Thanks everyone for the welcome.
Baby Aimi is 24 days old today. She's still in the Special Care Baby Unit but doing much better. She's in the normal cot without any need for temperature control anymore. She still need a tube through her nostril for feeding. Her breathing, heartbeat and oxygen saturation are still monitored closely because she seems to have oxygen desaturation problems.

Wow. I am surprised. I just thought you were still in Japan. No, now England. And a beautiful new baby. The pictures are adorable. Good for you all and your family is, I pray, in good health.

Thanks Nutty. I hope baby Aimi will grow up to be a genius like you. BTW, hubby says she shares her birthday with Warren Buffet who's also premature.
Logis, baby's doing well but still not losing all the extra hair you were wondering about.
OML, it's nice to see you around. We left Japan at the end of June and came to the UK in mid July.
